The First Banning of a Motorcycle Clubs Colors in America

If you are a Member of a Motorcycle Club as I am, I’m sure you have heard about how a Judge has banned the Colors of the the Mongols Motorcycle Club. Not only are the Members not aloud to wear their Colors, but any item that’s has their Colors on it must be forfeited upon demand. I can not expect many who are not in a Motorcycle Club to understand what this really means! Twenty years ago this would have struck fear into the soul of every American Citizen! Today I am sure most probably will not even hear about it and those that do will probably not care! What has happen to this Country?

I can not believe this is actually happening, I have been writing stories on this for years. Part of me had always hoped I was just being paranoid or that all the Motorcycle Clubs would some how come together on some level and work out the problems. I have been getting emails on how the Story I wrote last year called “Taken from a History book in the year 2095″ does not sound so far fetched any more?

Are there Criminals in Motorcycle Clubs? We hear about Drug dealers, Rapists and Murderers in the NFL and NBA all the time. When was the last time you heard of a Biker running a Dog fighting ring? Can a Judge just ban the Logo of a Sports Franchise if its Members are involved in some kind of Criminal activity? You may be saying “No way” because its different. Well I say it is only different because they haven’t done it yet! There are the same problems in Motorcycle Clubs that there are in all organizations. The Police force has much more Criminal Activity going on in it then all the Motorcycle Clubs put together! Only Difference is they can bury the Truth! When it comes to Motorcycle Clubs and criminal activity the big difference is, The legend of Motorcycle Clubs is, we are America’s bad boys and it just sells so dam good.

This law can not be allowed to stand!!! I am sure some Sport Bike Clubs and AMA Club’s feel they have nothing to fear! I am sure many are thinking this has nothing to do with them, Its only the Outlaw and 1% Clubs! They are thinking this isn’t about us “we are the good guys”. This always happens this way, take down the top level’s first! The other levels will make excuses as to why it is not their fight and stand aside. All Bikers must join the fight now because once they are done with the Outlaw and 1% Clubs, Who do you think they will be looking at Next? Once the Outlaw/ 1% Clubs are gone there will be no one left to come and help when they come for you!

I am pretty sure this is still the USA and this is completely against everything this Country was founded on and stands for! We all must ask, If this ruling is allowed to stand what Motorcycle Club will it be next? Will it be yours? What will the reasons be that they will use to ban your Clubs patch ? Will Jay walking be enough? Is that too ridiculous? How about if your an MC member and you get caught with a bag of marijuana? Is that enough? Will there have to be 2 Members involved? 3? What reason will they need to ban your Motorcycle Clubs patch?

When Motorcycle Clubs start having their Colors banned many members will start or join new Clubs, Because that is what we are, Motorcycle Club Members! Soon the government will realize this and then Ban Motorcycle Clubs all together! Any one who thinks their Club is not at risk is only kidding themselves! The time to unite and try to work together was yesterday! Today we have no choice but to ban together and fight for or right to survive. Tomorrow, it will be time to hide!!!

Even if some how all Motorcycle Clubs can come together and work to win this fight, It is just the beginning and there will be many more rounds to come. If we are to win this fight we MUST at least make it to the 2nd round, Then we will have a Minute to pull ourselves together!!!

Improve Your Gas Mileage

As the price of gas has continued to rise over the last few years, people have begun to develop various tricks that can help them reduce their gas consumption. One of the first things you should try if you want to lower your gas bill is to not drive as much. This is easier said than done, obviously, as too many people have become completely dependant on their vehicles.

Unless you live in a major metropolitan area, it is not uncommon to drive the four or five blocks to the corner store to just grab a bite to eat. It is for these people, who are so interconnected with their vehicles that they cannot possibly even consider doing without, that the different gas saving methods were conceived.

Keep your Car Running Well

One of the quickest and easiest ways to make sure you are getting the best gas mileage possible is to get your car tuned up on a regular basis. If everything is running as it should be on your vehicle, then you will notice a difference in your gas mileage. In fact, those cars that are routinely inspected and go through oil changes on a regular basis often get better gas mileage over all because they are in better shape.

This can also be important because if something such as a faulty oxygen sensor shows up, then it will become almost impossible for your vehicle to get the gas mileage that it should; it will also affect your vehicle’s overall performance levels. You should also make sure to check the air pressure in your tires on a regular basis as well as clean out the air and fuel filters as this can also help decrease your fuel consumption by up to thirteen percent.

Drive Correctly

Another thing that you can do to help you save money on gas is to drive in the proper manner. For example, you can save gas mileage simply by driving at the speed limit. This is because gas consumption will increase at speeds above sixty miles per hour. Following the speed limit will help to make you a safer driver and will help you save twenty five percent on your gas mileage as well.

Go ahead and take out any possible excess weight in your car. This can help reduce any strain on your engine and can cut down on your fuel consumption. Many people don’t even think about the extra weight they carry in their vehicles on a regular basis, but having this weight in the car will increase your gas usage; don’t think that your vehicle is immune to this, as it affects smaller cars more than it does large ones.

Try not to let your car idle in one place for a long period of time as this will cause havoc on the gas mileage as well as being hard on the engine. You can also use overdrive and cruise control to help cut back on any potential engine wear as well. All of this can help you cut back on gas mileage to.

Don’t Drive as Much

While it is true that too many people are so attached to their vehicles that they cannot even imagine going without them for too long, the truth of the matter is that there is no better way to save fuel than to make sure you use your vehicle less. Try to do things like carpooling, walking short distances, taking public transport and planning daily trips so that multiple short drives are combined into one long trip. This will help cut back on multiple starts and stops of your engine and can help save on gas usage to.

Car Sales Training: Sell Like You are The Customer

Have you ever tried to sell cars from the customer’s point of view? Think about it for a moment. When you go into the store to purchase an item, how does the salesperson treat you? Are they there to work for you or are they there to simply make the sale? The way you want to be treated by a knowledgeable salesperson that can make recommendation based on what you need and want is the type of salesperson we all look for.

With that in mind, ask yourself if you are selling a car to a customer based on their perspective as the buyer and not as the seller. If you answered no to that statement, then you need to think about your current selling strategy and put it into perspective. If you sell a car to someone by being the customer, you will be able to look at everything from their point of view and get a better understanding of their needs and wants.

It only takes four steps to do

Here are the four steps that you should consider when selling a car to a customer. They are very basic and apply to every sales situation in the world.

Step 1: The relationship between the salesperson and the customer must be established.
This is not optional. You must build up a rapport with your customer before you can sell them a vehicle. If the relationship is a strong one with trust developed through conversation, then you will sell them the car that they need and want and not one that will not meet their needs.

Step 2: Look at the sales possibilities.
As an auto salesperson, you have to determine whether or not there is even a possibility of the customer understanding enough about the automotive business to make a decision to proceed with the sale. Can you adequately help them understand how the sales process works? Can you help them get into the vehicle they want? Are you listening to their needs? If you’re not listening, they are going to go somewhere else.

Step 3: As a car salesperson you now need to decide from the customer’s point of view whether or not they think buying a car from you is a good opportunity.
They are weighing the pros and cons of buying a car with the biggest consideration being price. Talk to them about what they thinking, how they are feeling. Listen to their concerns before putting any form of offer on the table that may alleviate some of the concerns they have. You’d want a salesperson to do the same for you.

Step 4: Finally, allow the customer time to decide on their course of action.
If you push too hard right away, you’ll lose the sale. Let them make the decision and listen to any concerns they have when they decide to give you’re their final answer.

Car Servicing Tips

Correct car servicing is important if one expects to have the benefit of an excellent car performance over the span of many years. As the cost of owning a automobile continues to rise, paying attention to appropriate car service maintenance will permit lengthier car ownership. Over time, this extended ownership time will help decrease the costs of vehicle loan expenditures and interest charges. It’s vital to understand how to locate a quality car servicing place, as well as how to avoid getting suckered by crooked repair shops.

When trying to locate a quality car service repair place, be sure to understand a few time-tested points on the area. First of all, don’t drag your feet to hit upon a stand up car servicing place until one is actually needed. The most horrible thing is to have an accident and then be stuck going to the closet repair dealer. Friends and family are a wonderful means to be introduced to a possible repair establishment. If they’ve gotten superior repairs, chances are the repair shop provides the identical service to all their regulars. Before formulating a final verdict, though, be certain to ask for a few extra references and then ask those individuals about their experiences.

Proper car servicing requires knowledge of a few necessary maintenance guidelines. Costly car service repairs can be avoided by sticking to a maintenance calendar. Be sure to inspect the oil level at least once a week. Let the automobile idle for about thirty seconds, shut off, and then hang around for about two minutes or so. Then draw out the oil stick, wipe it clean, put it back in, and then draw it out one more time. This will provide a correct reading of the oil level.

There are a multitude of car service time intervals to be aware of. A few important ones are as follows: at every 3 months or 3000 miles, the oil should be changed. Change the spark plugs every 30,000 to 50,000 miles. Every 6,000 miles or so, rotate the tires. It used to be that a timing belt would be replaced every 60,000 miles, but today some have varying intervals and owner’s manuals should also be read. At every 15,000 to 20,000 miles, align the tires. At every 35,000 to 40,000 miles, the fuel filter should be changed. Paying attention to car servicing periods such as those described above will help make certain that a automobile lasts for a long time.

Purchasers of Volvo cars must always focus on the already discussed car service periods as well as consulting their instruction books for timely Volvo service on their auto. All Volvos should be worked on at the acceptable service intervals that are discussed in Volvo Service Records booklets or at one of the various Volvo dealerships. By taking notice of all car servicing obligations on the body and under the hood, Volvo purchasers can keep their autos in excellent condition and enjoy their driving experience for a lot of years.

Another characteristic to car servicing to be attentive to are car service repair rip-offs. A grouping of individuals who are often victims of this sort of scheme are the aged. One such scam takes place when an apparently caring person flags an aged person down. This scam artist tells the auto owner that it looks like the car requires repairs. The con artist then gets the vehicle up on the jack and untightens the tire so it will appear loosened. The older person is fooled into giving the rip-off artist cash to fix the issue.

When taking an automobile in for car servicing, understand that there are some repair establishments will add falsely needed repairs to the work form in order to increase profits. Taking the car to another car service repair location can help to figure out whether the added repairs are truly needed or not.

Having a vehicle involves much more than just adding gasoline when the reservoir gets low. By knowing the basics of car servicing, a auto can be made to go on much longer than most people realize. Most repair shops, such as the ones located at many Volvo service places, are made up of honest individuals. However, it’s always a good mental process to take the time to understand the car service process.

How To Plan A Great Motorcycle Weekend Trip

Whenever you desire to go on that motorcycle weekend trip, you will need to plan some things before you go. A friend of mine who adores his Harley Road King has a wife who really does not enjoy it very much, so one thing we always do is have what we call our pace car; and with the wife of my buddy drives it! And since we typically have many things to take with us, it is nice to have a pace car full of necessary things when you reach your destination, but not necessarily things you need on the way. Our pace car carries things like sleeping bags, extra food, a larger tool kit, blankets, and our tents. We also like to have his wife have the other end of the walkie-talkie in case she decides to stop at a shopping mall along the way and we need something in the car. We also make sure she carries beer to sip in the evenings when we are not riding out on the open road.

When planning for a motorcycle weekend trip, you should track out a good map for your destination, the number of miles you will be traveling, and what options are available on your route for gas stops and also for hotels if you do not plan to camp out. It is pretty simple to plan out your entire with the help of some of the multitude of mapping options that are available today on the Internet or if you are real slick, you could do it manually using that old atlas.

Beyond the pace car with my buddys wife in it, we like to make sure we bring other necessary things we will need. Plenty of water and thirst quencher drinks are good for motorcycle trips to keep you hydrated-it can be very hot out there on the highway, mountain, and rural roads. Smart and healthy snacks are good to take along such as granola bars and other small snacks that fit easily into your backpack or motorcycle compartments.

You should also bring an easily stored tool kit that has things in it you might need for emergency repairs. The basics such as screwdrivers, spare nuts and bolts, plastic ties, extra bungee cords, and other small tools you might need are all good things to have. If you can, and have the room, extra oil and braking fluid are good to bring as well as flashlights and matches. Keep your matches in a plastic bag so they stay dry if you hit rain.

Speaking of rain, when we can not find the pace car and take refuge in the SUV, we all take rainwear to protect us in rainfall whether it is light or strong. There are all kinds of rain weather gear available on the market today as well as gloves and jackets that are heated for cooler mountain or elevated areas. Some other clothing and wearable gear that you will need is a proper DOT certified helmet, riding glasses, scarves for face protection, and a robust pair of chaps to keep your legs warm and protected.

Personal items to take in a plastic protected bag might be your toothbrush and toothpaste or other grooming needs you can not live without. You should also keep your wallet, credit cards, and money inside a plastic bag to protect them from harm-after all, they will definitely be needed when you get to your destination and also during your trip, particularly if the pace car is far ahead of you, or in the case of my buddy, far behind him.

All folks going on the trip need to bring along a few towels for drying their bikes and windshields if you were to pass through any rain. If at all possible, use a reliable GPS unit on your bike that will confirm that you are on course and are not lost, even if you have planned your trip. Extra clothing is good if you get too wet or cold to change into including an extra pair of gloves or warm hat that you can wear under your helmet.

When you plan a motorcycle trip for the weekend, make sure that you go with some friends, as it could be very challenging to do it alone. Additionally, it is much more enjoyable to bring friends along for some good laughs and enjoying the open road together. Try to make sure friends or relatives at home know your route and where you are going in case they need to get a hold of you. Weekend motorcycle trips can be fun, exciting, and relaxing-especially if you have that awesome pace car with everything you do not want to carry.

Tips On 4Wheelers Racing

When you buy your first four-wheeler, there are some priorities that make a big difference to you. If it is style and look, you get to know what your friends have and perhaps buy that so you will be riding an ATV that is “cool”. But for many who are going to make the investment in a quality four-wheeler can be summed up in one statement. “I want the toughest four-wheeler there is.”

The four-wheeler should also be built to operate at a much reduced power and challenge level. This means the child’s ATV or even the teenagers version of the four-wheeler will not be so powerful that they youngster could lose control of the vehicle easily leading to a nasty accident. But the most important thing your child needs when he or she is learning to operate an ATV is teaching. Under no conditions should he or she take that ATV into unknown territory or difficult terrain. Driving around a vacant lot in the neighborhood is plenty. Then as you teach your child how to operate that machine, you can slowly increase the challenge as the common sense of how to drive a four-wheeler responsibly begins to become evident in the way your son or daughter drives their very own ATV.

The two important criteria of an ATV cover you will be using for many wilderness outings is durability and transportability. That cover must compact down to a fairly small space so you can store it in a side pouch on your ATV in a way that does not take much space away from camping gear. But most importantly, it has to be tough. Camping excursions are roughing it experiences for man and gear. So invest well in a quality four-wheeler cover for your hunting, fishing or camping outings and it will take good care of you for dozens of adventures in your future.

It will be costly to buy high quality tires for that ATV especially if you take our advice and keep a second set on hand at all times. But considering what you are asking those tires to do, its worth it to invest in the best tires you can get so that when you are out there in the wilderness with your ATV, there is no question that those tires can take care of you.

But one priority that is usual to the working man’s ATV and to the recreational four-wheeler has always been a top priority to Honda and that is safety. Even if you are out to have the adventure of a lifetime going off road with nothing else in mind than having fun, safety is a priority. Honda knew that even if the customer was not thinking about safety, that ATV had to have safety built into ever aspect of the vehicle. That is why Honda ATVs have a tremendous record of safe operations in a wide variety of sport and utility uses.
